Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by requesting immediate access to the eBook you agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins.
Faulty files
If your file is corrupted or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or issue a full refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
