Who we are
Maison & Manor sells a digital eBook. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect
When you buy, we receive your name, email address, billing country and order details so we can deliver your eBook and send your receipt. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Payments processed by Stripe
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. Stripe collects and processes your payment information to complete the transaction, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/gb/privacy. Where Stripe acts as merchant of record, it is also a controller of your transaction data.
Lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the eBook), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records) and, where you consent, to send occasional updates.
Retention
Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use only essential cookies needed for the site and checkout to function. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
